Best Contrast and Brightness Settings?

I just bought the game a few days ago and was surprised how Dull the colors look.  Like the greens need watering.  The competitors game the colors look so lush and vibrant.

I read there is a contrast and brightness setting to this game.  Does that improve the look of the game?

What settings do most of you all use for contrast and brightness?

    I'm on PS5 and my TV is a Sony KD55X750F, VRR, ALLM, HDR are not supported.  In the PS5 video settings I had to set it to 2160P to be able to get 4K output running it through a Yamaha RX-V685 receiver.  Brightness and Contrast are a personal preference, but I am at Brightness 52 and Contrast 40, hope this helps.
