Every time I play I have the same directx's error. You can see it in the file attached.
I tried to change the configuration but all it's the same.
Please, help!

Hi @Seve_est_1965 when you have a moment can we try the following steps?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Remove any over-clocking or undervolt settings or software and check if the issue continues.
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Well, I did the two first steps (EA App) and I've played 36 holes without errors. So (crossed fingers) I think the problem it's solved.

I am constantly getting the DirectX error. Sometimes I can play for a couple hours without issue, while at other times it will happen every few holes. I've tried the suggestions above and all was well for 24 holes. Upon shutting down the game and playing again later, the error reoccurred within 1 hole.
UPDATE: I've noticed that when this bug happens, it almost always occurs when the ball has just impacted the ground after a shot.

@MV-Orion Can you try the steps shared above and let us know if this continues? I believe I have figured out the issue. Turning off Settings/Application/In-game overlay within the EA App seems to prevent this issue from occurring. So far I have been able to play over 125 holes without problems, where as before I couldn't play more than 36. Will report back if this issue occurs again.
None of the suggestions above worked for me besides disabling the overlay.

@MV-Orion Thanks for sharing this! Glad to hear you got past it. Same problem here. Installation/refreshing and making sure that latest updates of GPU Driver, Windows etc. didn't fix the problem.IN addition I have tied far more light graphic option, but no results. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem. Instead of providing such simple not really helpful suggestion by EA I hope they will acknowledge this issue and come up with a real solution and a patch. Thanks
I haven't had the direct x issue for a while, because haven't managed to download the full game. I am stuck at 14% download on both computers. Today I had the brainwave to delete the EA app entirely and reinstall. Looked like it had fixed the issue as download got to around 80% then said error and is now stuck with an error at 14% again.
It just says download error (calculating time: but just stuck there)
