@seanathan43229 Yep, this happened to me about 5 times so far where I tried to speed up the putt and the game just freezes up and nothing continues. I had to exit out of my round every time.

I see this issue every time I putt before the golfer's animation to address the ball, typically for tap ins that take little putt aim adjustment. 100% of the time the golfer freezes for about 5 or so seconds and then the ball is putted, putter head never moves forward but the game does not freeze. Also, during cinematic after the putt is made the golfer still appears to be at address but when the next hole begins its all good. The biggest issue comes if you tap Y to speed it up while the golfer is frozen. The game freezes but I can still access the pause menu and go to the xbox dashboard but it won't unfreeze until I kill the game. Have not tried simply quitting to main menu yet but I assume the same result which is you lose all XP, holes, etc. beyond the last auto save.

FIX THIS. I HAVE LOST MANY ROUNDS SO FAR AND IT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE FOR YOUR COMPANY STATURE TO SOFT LOCK THIS EASILY. ITS 100% OF THE TIME IF YOU FINISH PUTT BEFORE SETUP ANIMATION COMPLETES. BUT SHORT PUTTS THIS IS ALWAYS> AND EASY TO FORGET AN DDO IT FAST STEAMING THROUGH HOLES AND SHORT PUTTTS> BAD EA BAD BAD BAD

Summarize your bug Freeze during putting, all progress and entry fee currency lost. I have lost at least $3,000 in coin due to this, which is unacceptable, to say nothing of lost time.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start putting early. Happened to me on Hole 17 of Hilton head (daily Tour) and one other course the other day.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player animation freezes. Menus still work but nothing else does. You have to quit out.
What do you expect to see? Normal putting. Me finishing with a good score and not losing all my entry fee money.

I would like at very least a refund of the entry fee money I have lost due to this bug. This was a waste of time and effort for nothing due to this bug.

This happened to me too. When you begin and end putting too quickly the game freezes. It career it is okay because you can still 'save round' however on online tournaments you cannot therefore I have lost 30 tickets from this from 3 different events. It is unacceptable and I would also agree that it at least warrants a full refund on ticket / coins AT LEAST.

Summarize your bug When tapping in quickly before the moving camera takes its final position behind the player, the players character freezes. The ball then pops in the hole without the player moving. The player is the stuck in that position. If you also press triangle to speed up, the entire game freezes and has to be reset. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try putting a tap in before the camera has settled in its final pre shot position. Also press speed up while waiting and it will completely freeze the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Freezing game and have to exit / restart
What do you expect to see? I'd like to be able to quickly tap in regardless of the camera position and not risk freezing the whole game and have to restart the game / challenge or round

Hi! My game is freezing when I started putting early, then click Y on Xbox controller to fast forward the shot. Figured it would be good for a bug submission.
