Haven't received Madden 23 with Deluxe Edition purchase

Hey, still no Madden in the library yet. I wrote to EA Support and opened a case. How long does an answer usually take? Is there any other option I have?

What about those of us who never received pre-order bonus codes from Best Buy when we pre-ordered the physical editions of the games? I've delt with Best Buy for nearly 3 weeks on this issue and they tell me they had no record of there being a pre-order bonus and they have no codes available, that I should address my concerns to EA. In a previous post, you asked us for additonal information (gaming system, game ID, etc), yet nothing became of that, and the post was considered "resolved" and closed. I have filed a claim with EA two weeks ago, and have never been contacted. This is a simple matter to fix, yet the customer service provided by all parties (Best Buy and EA) has been terrible. Why on earth would I ever pre-order another game? There are four coming out within the year (EA FC, F1, Madden, and NHL) that I want, but I have no confidence that any pre-order bonus would be provided. Could you please provide me some assistance? Again, it's a physical disc, I need a code for the PS5 from somebody. I appreciate your time.

I know the feeling. Didn’t get any of my preorder bonuses or deluxe content other than the xp and coins. But we had the thread just randomly closed with no help. Very disappointing
