Hey, still no Madden in the library yet. I wrote to EA Support and opened a case. How long does an answer usually take? Is there any other option I have?

        @EA_Illium Hey, no, still nothing in the library. I opened a case with support two weeks ago and haven't gotten a response yet. When I open the cases tab, it says in progress for two weeks but nothing happens, very annoying
