Thanks for the feedback, I just cleaned the cache, even twice to be on the safe side and logged in again, unfortunately it didn't help ☹️ .

I know the feeling. Didn’t get any of my preorder bonuses or deluxe content other than the xp and coins. But we had the thread just randomly closed with no help. Very disappointing
