I need to find some friends

Hi all 

only got back to playing the last 4-5 days and have really enjoyed playing online games, even though I've taken some heavy beatings. Ive lost 2 more than I have won but have noticed a lot of the players that are most probably maxed up with everything tend to aim at the 'PRO' games.

I would really like to play some foursomes matches but I have no idea how to add a friend because I'm still very new to online play.

also, my user name on here is different from the one on screen when I'm playing online under the same login, though I might have set this up manually (old and memory not the same), on the PS5 online games I'm Th19-Fc64 (all connected to my favourite football team here in the UK).

any tips welcome
