Is there a Community Manager available? need answers.
Can someone, such as @EA_Illium or any other Community Manager please assist with information please?
I recently started playing this game, and only purchases an EA_Play subscription, for the sole purpose of being able to play this game. Now that I have spent my $$$ can I get confirmation regarding ongoing support for this game please?
We are now in the second round of Season 12, a season that received no game updates as far as I can see, and for which the Pro Pass has no end date declared. When the first round of Season 12 started I assumed the Season Tournament end date would be the same for the Pro Pass, but that time has now passed, and still we have no end date or reset on the Pro Pass.
Without a reset on the Pro Pass, the quest points award system, & the daily and weekly quests have absolutely no purpose. Sure you get a tiny amount of XP after every 480 quest points, but this is around a quarter of the points you would normally receive for an XP Pro Pass reward.
There are other posts suggesting the game is no longer supported, but I have seen no confirmation or denial from any representatives of EA, such as a Community Manager.
Simple question @EA_Illium is the game over, or will key features be restored and the game continue to receive updates?
