Menus slow/laggy - not getting stars for challenges
As the title suggests, none of the game modes will load, game loads fine but then none of the actualy game modes will load

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? since the update a few minutes ago (04/11/23), my game is very slow and lagging in the menus
What happens when the bug occurs? cannot move or select the different menus and options
What do you expect to see? LOL a game that actually works from EA but I know thats asking a lot LOL
would be nice if ea released a game without issues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game, navigate to Challenges and try completing one.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not much, it's just very slow loading and progressing. Challenge stars are not given either.
What do you expect to see? Faster navigation, and Challenge stars should also be given,
Video as evidence - I thought I'd give actual footage of the slowness as this doesn't seem to be treated with the urgency it deserves. This is very detrimental to the gaming experience. Also, unawarded Challenge stars makes it game-breaking.
Nothing in the main menu works when clicked on. Challenges locked, career mode does work. Don’t waste your money until they get all the bugs figured out.

Having the exact same problem menu is lagging so bad and then am completing the sponsor challenges and ain’t getting the stars! Was working this morning then from this afternoon just won’t work. Very frustrating
@Ho3n3rSame here. Was absolutely fine before today's patch. Now can't get any stars for anything and the menus are SOOOO SLOW
Probably due to teh "server maintenance" from earlier today
Wow please fix this. Encountering same problems everyone else is. Menus are horribly sluggish and sponsor stars are not being counted and achieved.
Problem encountered across all platforms now, PC PS5 AND XBOX
Today's update effectively broke the game. The menus seem a bit quicker as of 8pm est, but star achievements are still not awarded. Is this being addressed? Is this thread being monitored? Why is there no response?

Summarize your bug Since the update, the menu is extremely laggy. Sometimes doesn't even acknowledge any input. The challenges also aren't working after the patch. Lag so extreme it's barely usable
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on the main menu on Ps5 and try changing tabs
What happens when the bug occurs? Extremely laggy and sometimes nothing at all happens when you try changing screens
What do you expect to see? The menu to be responsive
Menu not responsive and when you finally do get into challenges, it doesn't recognise when you've completed them
Same issue, but on the Xbox Series X.
Having the same exact problem. Was working perfectly fine last night before the update today.
I’m having the same issue. I can’t even get into any game modes to play
Game is currently unplayable. Clicking menus and getting no response. After several minutes of clicking and waiting I can get into challenges. Then I don't get any credit for completing. I updated the game today.
Not just challenges for me. I’m not getting credited when completing quests in career mode.
Issue only since updating to latest patch today on PS5
Game completely unplayable after today's (4/11/23) update. Lag is horrendous. Takes several minutes to navigate anywhere on the home page. Once you finally do get somewhere, it winds up not being the location that you intended. PS5 issue. Please fix EA.

Summarize your bug After today's patch (i.e. 11.04.2023) menus on Steam became irresponsive. I cannot select gamemode and play. Before the patch, the menu work perfectly fine for me.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just enter the game on Steam after the patch.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. I click, hear a UI sound and nothing more happens.
What do you expect to see? A change to other menu or game mode so that I can actually play.

The game is effectively unplayable right now.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Literally impossible to miss.
What happens when the bug occurs? Slows the gameplay experience down (menu issues), prevents player progress (career and challenge issues), so basically makes the game not worth playing at all.
What do you expect to see? A smooth menu interface and a working rewards system. Just a playable game really.

Having same problem. Game has been fine up till 7pm UK time. Menus are buggy and slow. Never had an issue beforehand.
