Menus slow/laggy - not getting stars for challenges
As the title suggests, none of the game modes will load, game loads fine but then none of the actualy game modes will load

Summarize your bug Menus very slow, laggy. Challenges also not giving stars.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game, navigate to Challenges and try completing one.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not much, it's just very slow loading and progressing. Challenge stars are not given either.
What do you expect to see? Faster navigation, and Challenge stars should also be given,
Video as evidence - I thought I'd give actual footage of the slowness as this doesn't seem to be treated with the urgency it deserves. This is very detrimental to the gaming experience. Also, unawarded Challenge stars makes it game-breaking.

Summarize your bug When I loaded into the game a few hours after downloading, after I had played it the game had certain pixels on the loading screen fill with black. The EA SPORTS loading screen was fine but when I get to the menu, the background is black and flickers with green. The text on the left of the menu fills with black and a yellow border when staying on it for more than 1 second. Can someone please help me? THE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED DOES NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!
