Not launching on Steam Deck after most recent update

Since yesterday, whenever trying to launch the game, it attempts to load for 5 seconds with the Steam logo spinning then will take me back to the Steam menu. I've tried rebooting the Deck many times ...

    If anyone is wondering - I managed to resolve this by uninstalling/reinstalling the game. Wonder if this is necessary after every update..

@SFaris94 Hi what game is this for? Are you talking about the EA app not launching? That's what problem I'm running into right now.

    Same here.....when booting the EA app on steamdeck, its says there is a mandatory update , the update downloads, installs then asks for an app restart. When it starts again, it goes through the same process saying there is a mandatory update.... just keeps happening. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
