@EA_Illium:The topic of this bug report is a bit misleading. The bug is not related to the Reward tab but the new popup that asks you to press the Y or Triangle to go directly to your reward after completing a Quest. The game crashes when you press Y or Triangle when this popup appears. This applies to EVERYONE so the information you request is not needed. Just bring this up to the dev team if they don't already know about it.

@EA_Illium I have the same problem. When pressing the triangle button to access the rewards menu while quest complete notification is on the screen the game freezes and I have to exit the game and reenter.

Second day in a row with this issue. No obvious other way to get to rewards on PC. It's missing from the menu.

@S_A_Lowlight:This is a bug that came with the 6.0 patch. If you press Y when this popup appears, the game will crash (become unresponsive). This is just a quick shortcut that you don't need to use. Just restart the game and your rewards are under the Reward tab as usual. Just don't press Y when this popup appears until the next patch arrives.

@GORFEN I no longer have a rewards tab. It has been replaced by Pro Pass, which doesn't include anything about rewards.

The Rewards tab is only visible when you have rewards. This should not be confused with when you win Tokens which appear under the Pro Pass tab. After the 6.0 patch, you win Tokens when you complete Quests, not Reward Points which usually end up under the Rewards tab. Do you understand the difference? Try to complete a challenge where you win Reward Points, and the Reward tab should appear again.

Same issue with me on the PS5 when you get the prompt ‘press triangle to go to rewards’ everything locks up.
Worse still though - any daily quests completed during that round do not show as rewards if I force close the game then re-open it.
Do EAs QA actually get paid or are they just volunteers?

You DON'T win Reward Points when you complete daily quests, therefore the Reward tab is not shown because it is empty. You win Tokens when you complete daily quests. Enter the Pro Pass tab and you will see there that you are progressing even if the game has crashed.

Yes, there is a bug that causes the game to crash when you press Y or triangle when the popup appears, but you still win these Tokens. Just don't press Y or triangle when the popup appears. Everything is as it should be that the Reward tab does not shown after a crash even if you just won a daily quest.

Happens to me as well - also on PC, through EA App via Epic.

Also mostly rewards will not show up as daily quests contribute to the pro pass and there is no "rewards" screen / nothing to collect there in such cases. Old quests like Mastery etc still give coins, not sure if in such cases hitting Y would lock up the game, i think it did but will keep an eye out.

If you are still seeing crashing when accessing the reward tab, let us know the following information.

Region:

Are you getting an error message?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

If you continue seeing crashing you can also try the following steps to see if this issue clears up.

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)

Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
