Anyone bought something from the store for their golf clubs and don’t fit? Like a shaft or grip etc. How do I know which fits which club? Spend hours Playing the game to get credits and all are gone to find none will fit my clubs.
Go to the golfer tab, then equipment, then move to the club you want to swap for a hybrid. The press whatever button is shown for Change Club for you.
It would be interesting to know what combinations you've found issues with? So others don't have the same issue but also to try to understand if this is an intentional game mechanic, or a bug.
(I've not bought anything yet myself to be able to comment from experience.)

Do you have a hybrid club in your bag? I suspect you need to add one if you don't, and then edit it to add the new club head.

Had the same problem, waisted 3k trying to get a new putter shaft but none of them could be equipped.

The problem is the shafts you can purchase in the store don’t specify what clubs they fit. Some fit drivers and woods, some fit drivers, woods and hybrids, some fit irons and hybrids and some fit only irons. You unfortunately don’t know until you buy them and try to equip them.
