Ping sponsor challenge call a champ

Summarize your bug Ping sponsor challenge Call a Champ
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve played the challenge 20 times and I have not once got the hit 6 long drives with 100% power and FIR even though I did indeed complete the task
What happens when the bug occurs? No star awarded
What do you expect to see? A fix so I can get the xp and rewards

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling as well as shutting my console down

    @JWT80 Are you using the power drive or regular drive setting when hitting the Driver? I thought I recalled a challenge once that said to do 4 long drives and I used a power driver and I tried 4 or 5 times and never got the stars until I decided to just use a regular driver instead. I also apply some power spin when doing my backswing to make sure it's over 100%. I had no problem with the 'Call a Champ' Challenge so it's weird that yours doesn't work.

    I’ve made sure it was 100%drive  and I also went over 100% every time with spin added. Still nothing. Some on Reddit are having the same issue.

    Summarize your bug Every challenge that says to shoot a certain score under par never registers or rewards me the stars. This is super frustrating as I just spent 45 minutes playing an 18 hole match vs Danielle Kang and shot -13 and didn't get awarded the star for 'Finish at 4-under or better' for the round. This has happened to me now on every single challenge of this type in the game. Can these stars be rewarded retroactively please? I don't want to have to re-play 45 minute 18 hole matches over and over hoping and praying that game will actually give me a star.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any challenge such as 'Amundi Evian Vs. Danielle Kang" or any other challenge that says to shoot a specific amount under par. There are 5 or 6 other ones just like this in the Amudni Evian section that are all broken in the same way.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I am not awarded the star.
    What do you expect to see? The star should be awarded for completing the criteria.

    Please have someone look into the coding for every challenge in the game that says 'Finish a specific amount under par'.  These are the only challenges I have left in my entire game and all 7 or 8 of them are broken.  I've spent 5+ hours re-doing challenges trying to complete them but the game doesn't reward the stars no matter how many times I try.  I've attached pictures of the challenge and my scorecard showing I shot -13.

    @packattack04082 Can we get some kind of update on this from EA. Why do these challenges not work? I've wasted over 10 hours re-playing them and never get the star. I have tried the Tony Finau one every day for the past 7 days at least once and never get the star for 'shoot 5 under par'.

    The ones listed below are all I have left for 100% completion in the game and they don't work.

    Finau at Northern Trust - 'Finish at 5-under or better'
    Vs. Danielle Kang - 'Finish at 4-under or better'
    Vs. Lexi Thompson - 'Finish at 5-under or better'
    Vs. Nelly Korda - 'Finish at 7-under or better'
    Vs. Jessica Korda - Finish at 7-under or better'
    Jin Young Ko (2019) Round 1 - 'Finish at 6-under or better'
    Jin Young Ko (2019) Round 3 - 'Finish at 5-under or better'.

    @packattack04082 I also have this issue with the Ping Call a Champ Challenge. It's specifically on the 6th and 8th holes of the challenge. No matter how hard, long and straight I hit the ball with my driver, it never registers as a long drive on these holes making it only possible to get 5/6 long drives for the challenge. Very frustrating. Please fix.

    I just did that one. It didn't register on 6th but they gave me the full 6 long drives when I hit 8th.

    Edit: Game gave me a power drive on the tee box par 5, I changed my shot to a normal drive.
