Pro Pass xtra points not awarded after purchasing 1500 point Pro Pass option.
Decided to try Pro Pass for the first time so I purchased more than enough points from the store (24.99 option) to get the Pro pass for season 11. So including the 50 points I still had remaining from getting the deluxe version (minus the few purchases I had made) I had a total of 2800 points to work with.
Went to the option to buy Pro Pass and was presented with 2 options:
1. Pay 1000 points and get an extra 50 (1050)
2. Pay 1500 points and get an extra 550 points (2050)
I decided to go for option #2 to get the extra points however after my purchase I noticed that the extra 550 points I was expecting were never added to my total.
my current points show 1300 instead of the 1850 I was expecting to see after selecting the 1500 point deal.
So at this point I just donated the equivalent of $5.50 real money to EA ☹️ ... I know its only 5 bucks but this is not right. How to resolve?
