Road to masters connection problem

Trying to play Road to The Masters and we are having same issue. Cannot connect and game is super laggy in menu

    Hey @BigBurrBig 

    Thanks for the additional information!, when you have a moment can we try the following?

    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

 

  • Platform (or client):
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
  • Is anything else happening?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    wired connection

    Yes getting error connection saying that can not connect to EA servers, menus are super laggy

    if inviting friends to a private match their character does not show up and won’t let me start the match

    or just boots one of us out. Upon loading in menu non of my currency or level is on there unless I wait 10 mins. Will post screen recording later tonight.

    Also will note that when a game starts sometimes I cannot see my character or the ball. Constantly having to hard reset my game. Should not be a connection problem on my end as every other game I play is fine even other EA games like madden.

        Why is it such a pain to find help with EA Sports? They run you in a complete circle. About to give up on them. Played since 2011 and never had a problem until now. Got in a chat que said 10-12 minute. After 30 minutes I went to the restroom and before I got back, the had come and gone.
