Road to the masters server connection issues
I bought the game. It keeps dropping connection to the server. I have to restart the game. And even then I only get 5-20 minutes before it drops again. Very frustrating. PS5

Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if some connection troubleshooting helps. Please try the steps listed here. Also, if you're using a wireless connection, switching to a wire will most likely provide for a more stable connection.
That link didn’t help just listed things that didn’t work. I have used a wire connection and it is still having the same issue…

Thanks for trying. Were you previously wireless and switched to a wire and are still disconnecting? If so, make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps after that change was made:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
