@Noya_WesaAs always your posts well written, kind and thought out.
But I don't think he is wanting or needing assistance.
I think he is just venting about the multitude of bugs, inconsistent gameplay and incomplete features. I'm not fully convinced the developers know what they are doing and that other than a few sign posts their vision forward is out of focus.
I'm sure he is not the only one that feels the game feels more like a lot of separate unfinished pieces rather than a comprehensive complete package.
The game feels like a brainstorming session where a lot of nice ideas were collected. But these concepts were not fully fleshed out... and it was not discussed how all these ideas would be all tied back together to form a complete consistent experience.
What areas of the game would you prioritise for change? What’s the most broken in your opinion?
The swing is to slow, putting needs smoother back and forward stroke, ball phyics need improvement.

I personally don't have an issue with the swing speed. 2K's swing speed is far to fast, especially if you are pitching, chipping or trying to hit a partial shot.
Ball physics and cup physics for sure have some issues.

Compared to 2K, the swing speed is so much more realistic. Going back and forth between the two games it's absolutely comical how far off 2K is from real golf.

The 2K game is not perfect... it still has some quirks and bugs. But if 2K had the option to enable EA's swing speed in their game I would be back playing it full-time and EA PGA would be getting shelved for the foreseeable future.
Saying that, maybe the answer is to go back to playing 2K2019? Though greens in that game are so slow.
