ads for gems and garmulets not show in profile

Please remove your player ID as this is an open forum and can be read by anyone -- this means your account is now being compromised.  

If you have no ads showing, this might be due to a number of factors.

If you are using IOS, you can try reseting your advertising ID.  This is located in

Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Reset Advertising Identifier

If you are using Android, you can go to

Goggle > Ads > Reseting advertising ID

If this makes no different, you need to check your WiFi, try turning it off and use your internet data and see if the ads become available. 

You might also try connecting to a different WiFi just incase one might have ads blocking enabled.

IF all fails, you can click the HELP CENTER link at the bottom of this page and as for further assistance and you might want to ask for a new player ID at the same time.
