Black Friday Scam
i made 5 purchase for a nightcap black Friday deal and did not receive the item. I was charged 5 times with no item of what was advertised. I tried multiple times to reach support they keep telling me to go find the wrench in game/ setting and go to help in game. and every time i sent a support ticket i give the issue which is payment, then i give the game which is plants vs zombies 2 and what device which is Android and i explain the issue. They charged me 5 times without me receiving the in game item. and after explaining they will tell me to do the same thing again. Find the wrench in game/ setting and go to help in game and open a support ticket through there which i have done multiple times and now its telling me after my 10th attempt after being told to do the same thing it says. THEN NOW IT SAYS, This issue is not supported by advisor. I am not sure if i am banned but this makes me really mad i want all my money i have spent on this game back. Cause this is the 2nd time this happened while spending on this game. I EVEN ASKED THE OTHER REP WHEN THEY FIXED IT, IF I AM ABLE TO MAKE PURCHESES AGAIN AND HE SAID YES. So it makes me mad i spend quite a bit on this game but. What happened today on this black Friday special is a scam and with support blocking me and not resolving my issue even makes me mad even more. I am leaving this in the forms and if i dont received a reply in the next 3 days i will request a refund for everything ive spent in this game. CAUSE WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING IS SCAMMING, ive been charged have the google play receipts and received ZERO of what was advertised in game. Case #230270509
