Black Friday Scam

i made 5 purchase for a nightcap black Friday deal and did not receive the item. I was charged 5 times with no item of what was advertised. I tried multiple times to reach support they keep telling me to go find the wrench in game/ setting and go to help in game. and every time i sent a support ticket i give the issue which is payment, then i give the game which is plants vs zombies 2 and what device which is Android and i explain the issue. They charged me 5 times without me receiving the in game item. and after explaining they will tell me to do the same thing again. Find the wrench in game/ setting and go to help in game and open a support ticket through there which i have done multiple times and now its telling me after my 10th attempt after being told to do the same thing it says. THEN NOW IT SAYS, This issue is not supported by advisor. I am not sure if i am banned but this makes me really mad i want all my money i have spent on this game back. Cause this is the 2nd time this happened while spending on this game.  I EVEN ASKED THE OTHER REP WHEN THEY FIXED IT, IF I AM ABLE TO MAKE PURCHESES AGAIN AND HE SAID YES. So it makes me mad i spend quite a bit on this game but. What happened today on this black Friday special is a scam and with support blocking me and not resolving my issue even makes me mad even more.  I am leaving this in the forms and if i dont received a reply in the next 3 days i will request a refund for everything ive spent in this game. CAUSE WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING IS SCAMMING, ive been charged have the google play receipts and received ZERO of what was advertised in game. Case #230270509

    If i can i want 1250 night cap shards to my account just like the last fix with case 230270509.

    Cek first playstore, payment and subscription, i think you fail payment, make not receive item you buy.. if success payment.. you can contact EA help to return a refund

    I have tried contacting EA help they will rout me to open the game on my phone, which i do and go to the wrench/setting in game and go to help. I would go to contact support from there and give them my in game issues, which are the payment charge and not reciving item issues. Then they would say they don't deal with that and reroute me through the whole same process again and now i cant even contact them cause it tells me THE ISSUE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY ADVISERS. Like what do i do from there i see my cases and they are pending as FIX, WHICH IS A LIE CAUSE THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUES. I have 5 charges on my bank account and in game i am yet to see the item i have bought 5 times. I have the google play receipts if i need to provide them but im really frustrated with the way this is handled i talked to over 20 agents today always transferring me to someone who tells me to do the same thing over and over again when i tell them. It doesn't work!!!

    These are my payments, I have yet to see my nightcap shards, if i can receive 1250 nightcap shards you can mark this case as resolved. But i have yet to received that or a refund. My account ID was already given above, I have no way to contact support as of now cause for some reason they blocked me according to what google says about the THE ISSUE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY ADVISERS. i would just like my shards that's it, that was what was advertised.

    Wouldn't my account be banned? I've spent a lot on this game. I would like the full refund if my account is banned because of your games issue to not process payments correctly. I'm trying to reach support so I can just get my in game items. Do you guys have a plants vs zombies 2 dedicated support team? I have been trying to reach them through EA without any success the same problem I discribe always happens. Is there a email or support chat u can personally contact them through cause as it's going I may just call my bank and have a full refund of the game with you guyses consent that I DID IN FACT CONTACT YOU GUYS AND YOU GUYS WERE UNABLE TO HELP.
