I have tried contacting EA help they will rout me to open the game on my phone, which i do and go to the wrench/setting in game and go to help. I would go to contact support from there and give them my in game issues, which are the payment charge and not reciving item issues. Then they would say they don't deal with that and reroute me through the whole same process again and now i cant even contact them cause it tells me THE ISSUE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY ADVISERS. Like what do i do from there i see my cases and they are pending as FIX, WHICH IS A LIE CAUSE THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUES. I have 5 charges on my bank account and in game i am yet to see the item i have bought 5 times. I have the google play receipts if i need to provide them but im really frustrated with the way this is handled i talked to over 20 agents today always transferring me to someone who tells me to do the same thing over and over again when i tell them. It doesn't work!!!
