Bot in Arena after patch “update” to Plants v Zombies 2

I've recently reached Jade level in vs mode. I'm forced to vs a player named <removed> every time. They're a hacker. I've got screenshots of them cheating scores of instant 180 million+. I've reported them to EA but the reply was they couldn't do anything to help. I've spent money in this game and I'm not happy they let hackers play the game without doing anything about it 😤
