bug?? missing bought seeds

I topped up twice, bought seeds in the pvz2 game but I didn't get either of them, I've re-logged and even restarted my device, but it's still the same, even though the purchase has been confirmed in the google play history, I haven't received it at all and it's been 12+ hours since I made the transaction until I wrote this message and I haven't received it. please help
