Cannot accept eight tasks "daily quest"

For about a week now, have missed out on gems due to not being able to claim the 8 tasks quest

Can’t Claim Complete 8 Daily Activities
Sometimes when I complete 8 quests and try to claim the quest rewarding you with 10 gems, it just doesn’t let me claim it please fix this bug it’s happened a few times. Thank You! :)
