Can’t claim 10 gems reward

For three days now I have not been able to claim my 10 gems from a completed quest. The flower will halfway load and just disappear and I’ve clicked it many times and same things keeps happening. Other people are having the same thing happen to them on the same quest.

Please fix this EA games!!!
