Having the same issue. Can’t claim my reward 

My daily activities screen stuck, i cant collect the gifts in the screenshot, its been giving error for 5 daya and the doesnt refresh.

Ive added both the error screen and my id to the attachments

When will EA fix bugs, i cannot claim my rewards. Please help

I am unable to claim my daily rewards

i think this happened because when I didn’t claim my daily rewards yesterday I wasn’t able to claim it the next day 

Hey everyone, we merged all the threads regarding this issue with the claiming buttons not working.

The teams are aware of it and working on a fix.

This is the second time in the past week, I can’t claim all my rewards, even though restarted my phone. I’m so disappointed, please help to resolve the issue, thank you

Try find another signal wifi or data internet connection..  if still not work, play in another device with same account, sync with your email..

For help.. you can message EA_Cath​erine,  but never reply, find her in Plant vs Zombie Replanted. She most active that forum.
