Hi, I’ve been redirected here after trying to recover my Plants vs. Zombies account(s). Over the years I purchased multiple premium plants, but I’ve lost access to the accounts tied to those purchases.

I’ve already tried EA Help, but I keep getting redirected back here instead of speaking with an advisor. I still have some of the details needed to prove ownership (old emails, purchase receipts, approximate account dates), and I would like to recover my purchases or have them restored to my current account.

Could an EA Community Manager or Support staff please escalate this so I can get in touch with an actual EA Advisor? This isn’t a community issue — it’s an account recovery issue that requires direct EA support.
