Daily ad count not refreshing

I can't claim my reward for completing 8 daily tasks to get 10 gems. I know they'd rather me spend money than get them free, but I should be able to collect what should be free. Anyone found a fix for this? In an hour the tasks reset 😑

    It’s been going on for longer than that - at least a couple of weeks.

    Pinata party is now working daily but gems still says reached maximum and won't play.

  • Piñata Party is fixed, but gauntlets, etc. for ads is still dead.  EA, this is NOT SOLVED.  Please quit ignoring the unhappy players.

    I need help, for some reason I’m unable to watch gem and coin videos, I’ve checked my ad settings and there normal, I play this game on iOS, on my iPhone The only video I can watch is the daily reward one, it is worth mention I did try an delete the app, and that fixed the problem for a day and then went back to unable to watch them videos

     

    I can watch all gem, coin, arena play videos on my iPad. If anyone could help that would be great thanks.

    On the daily 24 hour cycle, I found this work around by 00071d62bd8da. 2 min prior of cycle, have your main screen on. Do not do anything for 10 minutes then press play  & enjoy gathering gems, gauntlets & coins. Worked for me the last 3 days. Am on android. Hope this helps.

    I have moved your recent threads to this other discussion. I'm sorry for the confusion that moving your threads caused.

    It is unnecessary to open a new thread to report an issue already being discussed. 

    Furthermore, sharing your ID publicly is also a bad idea; as mentioned in the rules, keep your ID private.

     If one of my colleagues asks you for the Player ID, please send it to them directly via DM following this guide. 

    About this issue with the daily ad, did you get a chance to try the troubleshooting steps highlighted above?

    Other players seem to have resolved this situation following our troubleshooting guides, resetting their mobile network, or reinstalling the game. It looks like the device settings are involved. 

    Let us know how it goes in this thread!

    I'm scared of re-installing the game. When I moved over to this phone, the installed game that moved over had last my profile. It was a lot of work with the help centre to find my profile again.
