After completing my daily tasks in pvz2, I want to collect my gems and the option to claim them will not work. I click on it but nothing happens. This has happened multiple times in the past, is there a fix and how can this be resolved? Please help
same. Oddly, it's intermittent for me. Sometimes it works, then the next day it doesn't. It's frustrating, especially for those of us who don't buy our way into higher ranked plants, etc.
I am in the same dilemma too. I hope EA will rectify the problem soon and restore all lost gems for the past one week.
