GW2 Console

Has anyone on console ever had an issue with starting the game out of nowhere? I’ve spent the last two months grinding on a new account, and today when I start it suddenly I get the error, “Oh No! failed to retrieve your data.” I click ok and then it prompts me to play from scratch with no saving optional. I’ve hard reset my Xbox, cleared console cache, Cleared alternative MAC address, and more that was recommended to me by EA customer support. They said they are going to report it as a bug so I think I’m left hanging now and can’t access my account.
