I buy pack and game already take my money but I still don't get my pack in game

I buy lemonaid plant unlock pack and game already take my money but I still doesn't get this pack in game , its show like I never buy this pack if you don't give me the thing I buy atleast pls refun...

But it's show like this ..... will EA customer service come to help or we have to do this ourselves?! Games bugged make this mistake but we player have to find a way to fix ourselves??

You must login same account with your game email. :> your payment email

Please cek your payment and Subscription at playstore google, there are contain payment fail or success buying item
