I lost all my progess and purchased transactions in pvz2.
I opened my pvz 2 app today after i woke up and all of my progress and purchases were gone? I played right before bed and everything was fine. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if it would fix the issue but it just brought me to a screen to chose between a new account or an old account i have. I dont want to click on either because it gives me a warning saying if i chose one it will erase all progress on any other account i have so im not entirely sure what to do.. I contacted support and after just one message of them asking for the ID it closed my case and would no longer let me reply to the email?? I play on an iphone if that matters.
