Kingshot ad will not let you exit and I did not receive electric blueberry.

Hello, I am having issues with the king shot ads not allowing you to exit causing me to have to reset the entire plants vs zombies 2 app. This costed me my daily reward today.

the second issue is that I collected enough points to receive electric blueberry in the most recent tournament  but it did not unlock. It just gave me a bunch of seed packets. My understanding is that you would receive electric blueberry when you reached the appropriate score. Thank you for your help
