I recently opened my plants vs zombies 2 app and all my game progress was gone and my account as well. I'm not sure what happened as I play the piñata parties almost daily and haven't had any issues since the most recent game update. Not sure what I can do to restore my account and game progress. I tried contacting EA support but I'm unable to submit the contact form (the form appears to get stuck once the submit button is clicked and it gets frozen with the progress indicator just displaying on the screen - doesn't look like the form actually completes and submits).Please help me recover my game progress and account. I've been playing this game for a long time now and don't want to lose all my achievements and plants that I've purchased. At this point the game will only let me start all over again, which I definitely don't want to do.I'm on an iPhone

Hi everyone, Sorry for the late response. In order for the support team to restore your accounts you will need to send them a ticket. In the eventuality that the contact form is still blocked for you, please try to use a browser you have never used before (For instance Microsoft Edge or Firefox) Clearing the cache and cookies of your currently used browser may suffice in certain cases, but some settings/add-ons/proxy or VPN settings can cause issues as well. Using a new browser should ensure that none of these settings are interfering. To send a ticket: Go to https://help.ea.com Click on "Contact Us" Select PvZ 2 in the list of products and click Next Fill out the form, including your Player ID In the drop down menu select "Technical support" and "Game progress issue" Fill out the email form The support team will come back to you withing a few days.

If the issue persists after that, you will need to contact the support team directly so they can have a look at your accounts. To to so, simply fill out this form and select Technical support / Game progress issues. Please include in your message the Player ID that you will find in the main menu: Go to settings then tap on "Build Version" and you will see your player ID.

Unfortunately, the form hasn't been working since last night. I have tried on multiple devices, but the final step in the submission process keeps hanging.

That's really strange @jackarnal.

Did you try on PC too? If not try from a PC rather than a mobile device and I recommend using Chrome.

I've been using both a PC and Chrome. I keep getting the spinning blue progress wheel.

I also lost all of my game, profile, gems, coins, plants, progress, etc. on the same day as everyone else posting on here. Obviously, there is a problem with the game! I tried reloading the game, restarting my iPad, logging out and back in to Facebook to no avail.

I contacted EA support this morning. Despite sending them screen shots of my purchases through iTunes with the order numbers, showing a screenshot of the PvZ2 achievements still listed on my iPad, helping me restart my iPad, etc., they are now telling me they cannot get my game back. Are you kidding me? 2 1/2 years of playing, purchasing plants, etc. down the drain and all I have been offered is 500,000 coins and 500 gems into a new account. I cannot tell you how furious I am!! ☹️
