    Get your player ID, and go to support. It's possible they might be able to restore your progress. Many players have been losing their progress after the latest updates for some reason, and the only way they can be restored is by them if you can provide your account ID. This can be found if you go to the Splash Screen -> Settings -> Build Version. Keep it saved somewhere, like in a screenshot.
