Luck of the zombie not working for me

When I go to log in and check the luck of the zombie. The bar is 0/80, and I logged on when it was to reset, and it still was still 0/80. So I waited a few days to see if it was a bug for everyone but it still was doing it. I sent a picture of it, and I not played any of the levels and you can see it at zero.
