Missing content; profiles added/deleted

I reported this Dec. 9th, but my case was closed without any action being taken.

From one day to the next, some major glitch occurred. Profiles I had not created (labeled 1,2,3) were suddenly there, profiles I had were missing resources; one profile was gone completely. Many plants that had been upgraded to M# levels were back to much, much lower levels. Coins and gems were missing.

I spoke to someone in the chat (which I can no longer seem to find) who said it was a wider problem, and they were working on it. No one has contacted me to say it's fixed, but the case is now closed. (I can see the closed case.)

I haven't opened the game with the fear of compounding the problem, since I haven't been advised that it's fixed.
