My game wealth is glitching

So my gems and coins have glitched multiple times and I don't know what to do 

Currently my gems is saying that I'm owing over 500,000 yes owing and my coins is saying that I'm owing over 1.2 million coins

This is preventing me from upgrading my plants, saving up to buy pinatas and restricting my access to play penny pursuit.

Please I hope that you rectify this soon

I have installed and uninstalled, I have waited for months and I don't know what else to do
