My screen freezes after clicked play in PvZ2 ios thailand

Hi EA Help, I’m having an issue with Plants vs. Zombies 2 on iOS. After tapping “Play,” the game doesn’t respond. Im currently playing in Adventure mode, I can tap “Penny’s Pursuit” and hear a sound, but nothing happens. I’ve reinstalled, restarted, and still nothing. Can you help?
