Not receiving purchases on PVZ 2 store; Support not helping *at all*
I have made several purchases on the PVZ 2 store, and I received absolutely nothing. The purchases have gone through on my credit card, but the game only gives me the "Restoring 0 purchases" message. I have contacted Support *multiple times*, and I have given them the documents they have asked for. But they continuously come back to tell me something is missing. I have provided the following documents:
Proof of purchase
Transaction history
Profile name in game
ETC.
The Support does absolutely nothing, and I'm beginning to doubt they even have the ability to add my content to the game at all!
Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me? Besides washing my hands of the matter, and giving up on the game altogether?
