Player ID FE0F2338 Stuck After Username Change(Blank Screen, 99% Loading)

Hi everyone,

I'm at my wit's end with this. I re-downloaded Plants vs. Zombies 2 after years away from it and my iCloud correctly remembered my old account. I played some levels, bought some plants with real money, and then tried to change my username (on 1 of my 4/5 user created profiles) from "Schrödinger" to something else.

The keyboard never appeared in the text field, the only button was "Save", and after that the app completely broke. Now it either gets stuck at 99% loading (then crashes after several minutes) or loads to a blank screen with just the PvZ background art ie no buttons, no logos, no text, nothing clickable.

I've tried literally everything multiple times over the past several days:

• Full delete + fresh reinstall (multiple times)
• Offload App + reinstall
• Force close + reopen loop (5-10+ times on the blank screen)
• Airplane Mode during every loading phase (in-game downloading, retrieving player data, applying patches). I let it sit 10-15 minutes then force close/reopen
• Reset Network Settings
• Full phone power off, restart, closed all my bg apps
• Waited even longer on loading screens
• Reinstalled after every possible combination of the above

Every time it detects my old save, asks if I want to load it (I say yes), installs dependencies/patches, and then gets stuck exactly the same way.

I’ve contacted EA Support twice. The advisors just followed scripts, sent me generic help links I already tried, and eventually closed the ticket saying "This issue isn't supported by advisors". They said they’d pass my Player ID to the dev/game team but nothing has happened.

This account has all my progress and purchases. I just want to play the game again. Please, if any moderator or dev sees this.. can someone with actual backend access please look at my profile and fix the sync corruption caused by the failed username change? This has been going on for days and I’m really frustrated after putting time and money back into the game.
