Pokra seed packets in Plants vs Zombies 2

I purchased 1x Pokra 50-seed pack for my son for Plants vs Zombies 2, however we can't see that this has been loaded against his account. We wanted to unlock Pokra with 100 pokra seeds, but purchased an initial lot of 50. The purchase made was NZD9.99 and has been charged to my credit card. The other bizarre thing is that on his app, it says we requested 'shrinking violet seeds' but we did NOT choose this, it was meant to be for pokra seeds.

Is there anyone from EA actually legit responding to these issues? It appears to be a giant scam. I want either my money back or for the seed back to be correctly loaded on my son's account.
