Problema for event paliball PvZ 2

When I spend the energy of the PvZ 2 pony event I don't know what happens that when I wait a few hours I come back and I don't have the energy of the event recharged to play the levels, sometimes it puts me the amount and other times my energy is put at 0 after waiting hours. Then I noticed that while it loads it restarts up to 5 minutes, that is to say that I have 1 minute and it returns to the amount of time I was bone if I wait 5 minutes and it already takes 3 minutes it restarts and it takes me to 5. I would be very happy if you could help me with this problem because I have already tried with relatives and it does not restart like me. Thank you.
