Profile missing from EA account on Android

I am trying to sync my PvZ2 progress from iOS to Android using my EA account. The iOS profile connected to the EA account won't show up on my Android despite logging in with the same EA account. I did force sync on iOS multiple times to no avail. On my Android I tried clearing data, uninstalling and re-installing, and neither worked. Help would be greatly appreciated.
