Purchase Gem Pack 11 not showing up in the game!!!!

Please help, I have done all the things recommended when you google "pvz in app purchase not showing up" and still am not seeing where the gem pack my son just bought with his hard earned money yesterday is showing up....would really like to be able to speak or email directly with someone at EA but that is apparently impossible????
