Purchase Problem
I bought a Wasabi whip for the current PVP, but after the transaction was completed, it shows "Pending", and it takes an eternity to load. I raised up an email to EA, but they redirect me here....

@JohnPatrick23 Unfortunately, we will have to redirect you back to EA help. You might have clicked something wrong. It definitely didn't direct me to this site 5 days ago when I had the exact same problem as you. You have to look for the option of 'contact us' once you get in and not click on anything else.
They emailed me this.
Did I email the wrong contact?

Did you fill in this? The reply I got from EA was from customer experience. But you need to fill in this bit so it opens up a case. Unless they have shut it because of everyone is asking for their missing plant as the purchase function is broken.
Wonder whether we should hung up a banner/ thread to say stop buying plants...sigh... There has been a problem with store purchases for a while, EA said they'd fix it in the latest update, but didn't.
The normal thing is to tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report, it may be that they are getting swamped by these reports as many players are experiencing the same problem as yourself.
The devs do know there's a problem and are working on a solution, but who knows when it will get fixed properly.
