Purchase Problem
I bought a Wasabi whip for the current PVP, but after the transaction was completed, it shows "Pending", and it takes an eternity to load. I raised up an email to EA, but they redirect me here....
They emailed me this.
Did I email the wrong contact?
If yes, can you teach me where to?

There has been a problem with store purchases for a while, EA said they'd fix it in the latest update, but didn't.
The normal thing is to tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report, it may be that they are getting swamped by these reports as many players are experiencing the same problem as yourself.
The devs do know there's a problem and are working on a solution, but who knows when it will get fixed properly.
