Purchased item not received after 4 days despite contacting customer support

I had purchased Rare Piniata Pack on 6 May, i have been contacting customer support almost daily since then. They either redirect or transfer me or end the conversation saying ill have to start a new chat again for some reason.

Im so tired of this.
