EA Staff (Retired)@RaymondHandy Have you tried changing the network your on, going from cell to wifi or vice versa?
I have had this problem on and off throughout my time playing this game (2+ years). For awhile, if you entered Arena you could access the store and make purchases. Now, even THAT is not working. Disconnecting/reconnecting to wifi does not work for me, restart does not work for me.
@EA_Illium same with me. Been having this problem on and off for several months, and now it's getting worse. Haven't been able to purchase anything for at least two weeks, and have tried everything. Switching networks, wifi vs cellular, restarting, clearing the cache. Nothing works.
- @EA_Illium I already change it to wifi or other sim card. Still it isn't work. I don't know what to do next
none of those works! I reinstalled the game more than 5 times. And the same problem occurs 2-3 days after reinstallation and I am stuck to the same situation.
This game sucks.

Contacted ofcourse EAhelp, but it's like they don't belive. Same instruction though I'm telling them they haven't helped. One admitted that the problem was from their side and that many had this same problem. This is so horrible and makes gaming frustrating when you see all offers and seeds you want but can't buy them. Why can't they help 😢
