Pvz2 restoration error

After a glitch in the latest update I deleted my app and reinstalled it. All my game has been restored but the shop is not showing the current offers instead showing me the offers of a beginner. What...

    The restriction on store offer is applied to all new starters.

    FYI.  Ail-Mint will still be available because the offer has over 25 days left. For Goo Peashooter seeds, you will have to be quick as the offer will end in 5 days, this means you will only have 3 days left for buying them from the time your store restriction is lifted.

I just wanted to know has some of the offers changed after the latest update. Like ail mint is no more available for buying or upgrade or goo peashooter seeds are no more available? Or is this problem just with me?
