I see this has been posted before but the last message was 2 weeks ago. I'm still having the same problem since 2 weeks ago. Please @EA team, fix this for me? I've been getting by winning tournaments and seasons by earning gauntlets and not having to buy them. Now I can't even play Arena without spending money. Please help!

How do I message them directly? I am having issues too like being unable to earn gems or coins or even play the pinata party. My coins and gems are slowly being used up with only a few ways to earn them. I also can't spend the candies because all of my Mint plants are levelled up at 10 (ie. spear-mint, arma-mint, etc.). Sounds like many of us are frustrated after an update because these types of glitches continue to occur.
I do like the new plants and arena matches, plus the Tombastic adventures but can't use any more gems to earn energy as I am almost out.

Still an issue
Hi, I'm using Translator, I have the same problem but mine started when I started using the emulator on my PC and playing there too. I think the game got bugged because I was playing on two devices with the same account. I don't know if you did the same. I'm going to try deleting the game from the emulator. I heard that deleting the game cache can solve the problem, but at least it didn't work for me.
I managed to fix it. I did what I mentioned. I deleted the game from the emulator, then I cleared the game cache on my phone and reinstalled it. When I logged in, it was already showing ads for gems and gauntlets. If you don't use an emulator, just clear the game cache and reinstall it.
